I originally created this content as a short Instagram series, explaining how subconscious money blocks can be identified and gently transformed through body–mind integration.
But then I realized…
This kind of knowledge deserves more than a fleeting social media post.
What I’m sharing with you today is something many people spend years trying to piece together through expensive trainings.
But I truly believe this information should be accessible to everyone.
Because your relationship with money isn’t just about economics it’s deeply tied to your self-worth, your sense of belonging, and your past experiences.
So let’s explore how your relationship with money and the invisible patterns underneath can actually change.
What Is a Money Block?
A “money block” often refers to the subconscious limiting beliefs, emotional imprints, or self-sabotaging behaviors that prevent someone from attracting or sustaining abundance.
These blocks often go unnoticed on the conscious level, but they may be actively operating in the background shaping your reality and affecting your financial flow.
Where Do These Patterns Come From?
Is a money block even real?
Or is your mind simply pulling the brakes behind the scenes?
You might say, “I want more money!” with your conscious mind
but beneath the surface, completely different programs could be running:
-
“I don’t deserve that much.”
-
“Wealth changes people for the worse.”
-
“If I earn more, I’ll end up alone.”
-
“I’m not valuable enough to receive abundance.”
These inner codes often come from:
👶 childhood messages,
🏡 family dynamics, or
🔁 emotionally loaded past experiences.
And the subconscious always mistakes the familiar for the safe.
Can These Beliefs Be Transformed?
Yes but not only through mental awareness.
In many cases, these beliefs are stored in the body’s memory, not just the mind.
So where do you begin?
👉 Recall your very first memory about money.
How did it feel?
What did you learn in that moment?
From there, you can use the following practice to open space for that memory in your body and allow it to shift.

The “Feel & Release” Practice
(Safe to do alone, in a quiet space)
1. Find a quiet place.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Repeat the belief to yourself:
“Money doesn’t come easily to me.” (as an example)
2. Notice where your body reacts.
Chest? Throat? Stomach?
Gently place your hand on that area.
3. Breathe slowly into that space.
With each breath, imagine your breath carrying ease and warmth there.
Let your body begin to soften around it.
Follow your body’s rhythm — not your mind.
Just allow. Your body knows what to do.
4. Say softly (out loud or internally):
“I allow this feeling to be here.
And I now allow it to begin to shift.”
(You can make a sound if it naturally comes: ahh, hmm, pfff no pressure.)
5. Close the practice with a new sentence:
“I no longer need to carry this belief.”
“My body and mind are now ready to accept a new choice.”
Will One Session Be Enough?
Not always.
For many people, the first time is just about meeting that space inside.
Depth comes from repetition.
Doing this practice over a few days or even 21 days gives your system time to trust, soften, and shift layer by layer.
What If I Feel… Nothing?
That’s okay.
Sometimes the system has buried the emotion very deep or simply doesn’t feel safe enough to access it yet.
Feeling “nothing” is still a signal. It means your body might be saying: “Not yet.”
With gentle repetition, awareness naturally grows.
Your Transformation Can Inspire Someone Else
💌 If you decide to try this practice for 21 days, I would love to hear what shifts for you.
You can send me a short note about your experience even one sentence may encourage someone else to take the first step.
Sometimes, one person saying “This helped me” is all someone else needs to believe change is possible.
